Terms & conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to every offer by and agreement with Meijer Solutions B.V., trading as TAVERO ("TAVERO"), Chamber of Commerce 90989368, VAT NL865519316B01, email hello@taverostudio.com.

2. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros (or the currency shown) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Obvious errors and mistakes in the offer do not bind TAVERO.

3. Formation

The agreement is formed when you place your order and payment is received. You’ll receive confirmation by email.

4. Made to order

Our products are produced after your order. They are standard products in fixed sizes and colours; your right of withdrawal therefore applies.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 4–12 business days in the EU. The maximum delivery period is 30 days; if we cannot meet it, you may cancel the agreement free of charge. The risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, online via Withdraw from your order or by email. See our returns policy for how it works and the model form.

7. Payment

Payment is made in advance through our payment provider (Stripe).

8. Conformity and guarantee

Products conform to the agreement and to legal requirements. You are always entitled to the legal guarantee: a product must do what you can reasonably expect of it. If it doesn’t, we will repair or replace it free of charge, or refund (part of) your money. Your statutory rights always remain in force.

9. Complaints

You can report complaints to hello@taverostudio.com. We acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and respond in substance within 14 days. If we can’t resolve it together, you may submit the dispute to the competent court. TAVERO is not (yet) affiliated with a dispute resolution body.

10. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
