Returns

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order. During that time you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

Prefer to do it online? Use our withdrawal button. You’ll receive an acknowledgement by email straight away.

1. Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you are withdrawing: via the withdrawal button, by email to hello@taverostudio.com or with the model form below. Please include your order number.
2. Send the item back within 14 days of your withdrawal. We will send you the return address together with the confirmation of your withdrawal.
3. Return shipping is at your own cost.
4. We refund the full amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have shown proof of having sent it back, whichever is earlier.

Unpacking and trying on

You may unpack and try on the item as you would in a shop. If you handle it beyond that, we may charge for any reduction in value.
