How long until my order arrives?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, after which delivery within the EU usually takes 2–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel ships.
What does shipping cost?
Within the EU €4.95, free over €100. Costs for the UK and US are shown at checkout.
How do the sizes fit?
Our pieces have a straight, slightly relaxed fit. Take your usual size, or one size up for an oversized look. Every product page has a size guide.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after delivery. Notify us via the “Withdraw from order” link at the bottom of every page or by email; you then have another 14 days to send the item back. Return shipping is at your own cost. See our returns policy.
Why embroidery instead of print?
Embroidery doesn’t crack or fade in the wash. It looks calmer and lasts for years: exactly what quiet luxury is.
How do I care for my TAVERO piece?
Wash inside out at 30°C, do not tumble dry, and do not iron over the embroidery.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Klarna, Bancontact and PayPal (depending on your country).
