Privacy policy

What we collect

Orders: name, delivery address, email address, your phone number (needed by the carrier) and the products ordered.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see full card details.
Newsletter: your email address, only with your consent. You must be 16 or older to sign up for the newsletter.
Contact: the details you enter in the contact form.
Withdrawal: name, email address, order number and, optionally, your reason.
Statistics: only with your consent, anonymous and without cookies.

Why

To fulfil your order (performance of the contract), to meet legal obligations (such as tax record-keeping and handling withdrawals), and for the newsletter and statistics (consent).

How long we keep data

Orders and accounting records: 7 years (tax retention obligation).
Withdrawal requests: 7 years, together with the related order.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Contact messages: up to 2 years.

Who we share data with

Stripe – payments (Ireland, EU).
Printful – production and shipping of your order (US and Latvia).
Carriers – delivery of your parcel.
Render – hosting of the shop (US company, servers in Frankfurt).
Resend – transactional email, such as your order confirmation (US company, EU region eu-west-1 in Ireland).
Plausible – anonymous visitor statistics, only with your consent (EU, no cookies).

If you pay with, for example, Klarna or PayPal, they process your data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.

Some parties process data outside the EEA; this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object, or withdraw your consent via hello@taverostudio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
